The Sugarinks edible ink refill consists of 950 ml (32Oz) bottle of black edible color ink. Designed for Canon edible ink compatible printers, this refill ink produces bright and high quality edible images when printed on edible sheets.
This refill ink can be used to print on a variety of edible sheets like frosting sheets, wafer papers, and chocolate transfer sheets for decorating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.
This refill ink bottle is very affordable and quite easy to use. To refill the edible ink cartridge, use clean and empty injector syringes (available at Sugarinks online store).
Just like all Sugarinks products, this edible ink refill bottle is also FDA compliant, Kosher, gluten, allergen, and nut free and meet all the norms set by US food regulations.
The smaller edible ink cartridge takes up to 7-10 ml of edible ink while the larger ones can take up to 15 ml. The Sugarinks edible ink cartridges can be filled more but it is recommended to under-fill a bit rather than overfilling in order to avoid any leaking of ink that can ruin your papers and printer’s printhead.
To ensure that you only receive best quality edible images, refill one cartridge for not more than 3-4 times as more number of refilling can wear out the cartridge case and reduces the color quality of the edible ink.
Do NOT mix edible ink cartridges with the regular ink ones as it can lead to hazardous consequences. Also, mixing edible ink from different brands can affect the color vividness and will affect the overall quality of the edible image. For the best experience, use only Sugarinks edible ink refills of all colors to be used for edible printing.
The edible ink is strictly for edible printing purpose and should not be swallowed directly at any cost. Keep the refill bottles away from children and use safety gloves while refilling.
